Also called a beef sirloin tip roast, or a round tip roast, this is the portion that is cut from the hindquarters of the cow. A sirloin tip roast is best when slowly cooked to tenderize the meat, to turn this cut of beef into a masterpiece! All of our cuts come from Montana ranch-raised, grass fed cows that are finished right here on the ranch on a mix of Central Montana peas and barley.
