Lean, juicy and moderately tender beef that is very affordable. This steak has no bones and very little fat, making it taste delicious any way it's cooked. All of our cuts come from Montana ranch-raised, grass fed cows that are finished right here on the ranch on a mix of Central Montana peas and barley.
