Shoulder roast comes from the shoulder area and are known for their rich, beefy flavor. Ideal for slow-cooking, although the shoulder roast is generally tender. All of our cuts come from Montana ranch-raised, grass fed cows that are finished right here on the ranch on a mix of Central Montana peas and barley.
