These narrow cuts of beef are shorter than traditional ribs and may also be known as barbecue ribs, braising ribs, or fancy cut ribs. All of our cuts come from Montana ranch-raised, grass fed cows that are finished right here on the ranch on a mix of Central Montana peas and barley.
