The Ranch steak comes from the chuck cut of a cow, namely the shoulder. It is an affordable, lean and versatile steak. Good for grilling or broiling. All of our cuts come from Montana ranch-raised, grass fed cows that are finished right here on the ranch on a mix of Central Montana peas and barley.
