The chuck is well-known for containing rich, beefy-flavored cuts, but you don't normally think of them as grilling steaks. Cut from the center of the Under Blade, these steaks are extremely tender with a good amount of marbling and beef flavor. Best when cooked over high heat on the grill. All of our cuts come from Montana ranch-raised, grass fed cows that are finished right here on the ranch on a mix of Central Montana peas and barley.
